All oneplus devices are great I’ve had a couple of them and now have the 6T and there’s nothing to complain about. With oneplus is recommended to upgrade every two years.

Running OnePlus 6 for more than 1.5 years and it delivers all tasks as champ. 2019 is about to end and still enjoying headphone jack, LED notification, physical fingerprint scanner.

I've had my current 6T for over 2 months, originally had a 6T back in November. Got rid of it a month later and automatically regretted it. For the price the 6T is truly an amazing phone. Pretty fast updates, butter smooth performance, great display, 128gbs of storage is also a plus imo as it is the sweet spot for most people. Battery life is phenomenal, easily get 20+ hours of standby and averagely 8+ hours of SOT. I'm usually not someone that keeps there phones for too long, but there's honestly not a lot of phones that make me want to give up my 6T, if any. The 6T is a great device and it is 100% worth it in 2019. Going to see how the OP8 turns out, but even then I'll probably hold onto my 6T a while longer.

I am using OnePlus 6, still going strong and smooth in mid 2020, so in my opinion, u don't need to upgrade ur 6 or 6t until 2021, maybe OnePlus 9 or 10 would be a phone to be upgraded

Both of my parents are still rocking OnePlus 3Ts with zero issues. The 6T is by no means an obsolete phone.

The camera is absolutely horrendous on the 6T. There's tons of noise and motion blur, not to mention blocky artifacts. If the camera is a big priority for your smartphone, than this phone isn't a great choice. Otherwise, the 6T is a near flawless experience.
