I have to wear spandex sadly because my testies hang literally 8.5 inches down my thigh. So I need something to keep them tight to my leg when I run. Trust me it can be painful in your lower stomach if ur balls/testies hang low and not be wearing something that holds them and supports them from flopping around slapping ur knees.
