The Code 19 error is one of several Device Manager error codes. It's caused by one or more issues with parts of the Windows Registry that contain driver and other information about the particular hardware device.

The Code 19 error will almost always display in one of the following two ways:

This is great... only I have the Code 19 as it applies to me BD player (which worked fine the last time I tried it, although it has been awhile)

I'm getting code 19, but it's for my audio drivers.. I hooked up a Logitech Fusion Webcam installed the drivers threw windows update, restarted my pc n when I logged back in, all my audio drivers have been corrupted along with my printer.. will this work for it also?

On windows 7 I have lost all the US?B functions - all the devices drivers say error code 19 can you or anyone please help me? I am using a PS2 keyboard and PS2 mouse now. I know it is not a hardware problem at all because if I use another operating system even an old xp or windows 7 other - they usb are all working its not the hardware fo sure thanks anyone can help I would really be grateful

Awesome, fixed my bluetooth with a few alterations of your instructions. The last string (folder) of the path for regedit is the device you want to fix. The path given in the video description is for the keyboard. just go arrow up and down through them and read the Class key value until you find what you're looking for, in my case Bluetooth. I set default value to bluetooth, i deleted lowerFilters value (not the key, so the value is blank) completely and updated driver and bam, works instantly! hope this explanation helps someone else having the same issue

Fantastic video. I lost the use of my laptop keyboard after installing Kaspersky Antivirus and this has corrected it. bruh - kudos to you, I was upgrading my vmware pro for a class and decided why not add the enhanced keyboard option when it popped up. It installed then restarted the system. Next thing you know I have issues with the same error, mouse thankfully worked but keyboard input was dead no matter what I tried. Used spare keyboards and same results. Followed your guide and boom, it's fixed.

This is a good video. It helped fix a device error on "HP Truevision HD" camera. All I had to do was delete a value.
