I read that book and was filled with tears learning how sorry Adam and Eve were for what they had done. I grew up mad at them bc their action caused us to be where we are today. Then I thought about all the times the enemy tricked me. I am no better than they were.

Actually the reason cain killed his brother was out of jealousy because he was rejected and adam found favor but cain action is what made him get rejected by the Most High

Well done! When I was eight years old, I asked my Sunday School teacher and then my Pastor, "If Cain killed Able and was sent to the land of Nod, where he took a wife, where did his wife come from?" I really wanted to know the answer to this question because I was told that Adam, Eve, Cain, and Able were the only people on earth at the time. I also wanted to know why, since they were the only people, why Cain had to be marked so people wouldn't kill him. My Pastor said that Cain's wife was an ape. I knew he lied.

Thank you. Today i learned why God did not receive Cain"s offering. It was because of the contents of his heart - not the offering. A very clear message. It doesn't say anything in Genesis about a woman being the cause of the murder! It was because he wasn't as dedicated as his brother to serving God

The Bible was written by Hebrews/ Israelites for Israelites. The law and the covenants were made with that specific group of people. The Romans and Greeks corrupted the Bible by removing huge portions of the Bible that did not agree with their doctrines ( ie. Council of Nicea). There are many books that the Romans took out of the Bible & didn't make them canon for their personal catholic crusade. This story comes from Book of Enoch, the forgotten books of eden & the book of the Jubilees which both of these books were taken out of the original scriptures centuries ago for reasons I can't really explain but I have an idea why.

The way I understood it, Cain slew Abel due to his jealousy that Abel's offering was accepted (the unblemished Lamb) and not Cain's (harvested grain), but God gave Cain the time and reason to see why his was rejected and if he gave as his brother Abel did, he would bestow the same blessings on him, for Abel understood the sacrifice of the unblemished Lamb, the ultimate sacrifice of all: The Lamb of God, Jesus Christ. But in his jealous rage of being a forgotten, he killed his brother and then hid, we know what happen, God did not kill him but banished him, striking him with a "mark" so no one would kill

In the Slavonic book of Enoch it states that Lamach killed Cain. He didn’t realize who he was until after he had killed him. Lamach was a descendant of Cain.
