The attorney mentioned the Brian Benjamin case was dismissed. He didn't mention that it was dismissed in December 2022 and revived by the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in March 2024. The Court's decision remanded the case for further proceedings. It's amazing how they run to Social Media to try their case.
