Butler 5.1: Demo of mobile failed reload alerts using SIGNL4

Показать описание
Butler 5.0 introduced high quality reload alerting for Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows.
The tool is open source and runs on most platforms and operating systems, including Windows Server, Linux and Docker.

Version 5.1 is an incremental update that adds a small alerting feature: Mobile alerts.

This is achieved by Butler forwarding for example failed reload events to the SIGNL4 mobile alerting service, where it's then further handled.

Why SIGNL4?
Well, there are certainly many tools in the incident management space.
The reasons for doing a first integration with SIGNL4 are:
- They have great looking mobile apps
- A focus on core, mobile alerting features. Their service does what's needed, and does it well.

Going ahead the plan is to hook up other similar tools too - feel free to mention in the comments below which tools would be of interest.
Ptarmigan Labs is also looking for beta testers of this feature - please leave a comment if interested.

A free trial is available, great for testing the Qlik Sense integration!
