How to Enable Dark Theme in SQL Management Studio Using a Plugin

A quick tip on how to enable a fully functional dark theme in Microsoft SQL Management studio using a custom plugin. There's a built in hidden dark theme available, but it's unfinished. Using the custom plugin approach, you can enable a more complete version of dark theme that isn't missing the necessary colors in places like the results window, context menu, object explorer.
