Here's the best coleslaw recipe. Nothing tastes great like a classic coleslaw, especially if you're pairing it with catfish or fried chicken. Coleslaw can also be used as a sandwich topping, perfect for burgers or anything BBQ.

Hey buck I like how you mince the cabbage up pretty small sometimes I have coleslaw and the pieces are way too big or they throw in big chunks of onion. I need to get me some celery seed.

Thanks, Chef Buck! I love me some cole slaw. I don't usually put in so much carrot, but maybe next time I'll try it that way because your slaw is so bright and colorful. Dab of fancy-pants mustard, that sounds good. I use lime juice in my cole slaw because I love lime flavor so I always have a bottle on hand to use in salad dressing.
