A true Jamaican indeed. Even though I live in Canada, I still love me my Jamaican Cuisine. This is exactly how I do my fried chicken. I'm so pleased to see someone else with similar taste. Never worked at KFC though, just learned the double flouring and single water dipping sometime ago. At first I thought the chicken would lose the flavour but then I was like, how can it when you marinated for so many days (I can't season and cook same time, have to marinate for a week, or even more or a few days at the least😅) and had my flour so well seasoned? The only thing I always add is my maggi season up. Overall Morris, I give you 10/10😂. I'm seeing you for the second time now, first time was when your gas ran out, while you were cooking. I don't even remember how I located you then. I didn't even get to finish that video. I just now found your channel. Yes, I subscribed and hit the bell.
