Manchester community gathers to celebrate their answered prayers for Paul Whelan

As the years went by of Paul Whelan being wrongfully detained in Russia, the small town of Manchester never lost hope that he would be released, and they made sure Whelan's parents, who are residents of Manchester, knew that. The community gathered two weeks after his release to celebrate their answered prayers.
