NVIDIA did have news, but it didn't announce it at the keynote in any meaningful capacity.

Speaking of IT support bots - my GF works at an IT support place and they were trying AI bots "for simple issues". The bots were so wrong they always created additional work. Meanwhile the company looked at the results and decided to continue forcing AI bots to "help" the assistans. Can't make this shit up.
