Choosing a SPLA reporting tool

There are five known tools for SPLA License Management. However, only two are "alive": Octopus Cloud and SPLA Manager. It's not Flexera, not USU, and not ServiceNow. They're good SAM tools but have no SPLA functionality or billing capabilities.

Daryl is the author of the book "Negotiating with Microsoft".
