My downvote for Emirates' premium economy is more because it is not fixed-shell forward recline.

Emirates prices are just ridiculous at the minute. I used to use them often on business class but it’s honestly not worth the price when comparing to other airlines out there

This premium economy is a nightmare for introverts

I used to travel all the time by the emirates airlines in 2014-2018. The prices were affordable, and sometimes they were kind enough to offer you vouchers. But after the pandemic for some reasons it’s been really expensive, even the economy ticket.

For me Premium Economy is all about the width of the seats …typically they are the size of old business class seats

I recently returned from Bangkok to Manchester UK with Emirates business class. I paid 1600 GBP for a one-way ticket, 2 leg 12 hour flight. It was far better value than premium economy.

I find Emirates’ interior to be quite kitsch

EMIRATES BUSINESS CLASS on the A380 is the best service you can get. First Class is nice but unnecessary and excessively expensive. Business class is just right 👌.

Premium economy is what economy should look like. Instead they squeeze us into these cans like sardines.

Fortunately: the A380 economy is still worlds better than just about anything on the American domestic market.

Personally: I hope Boeing goes out of business entirely and airbus takes over. They know how to treat us.

I think Japan Airlines' A350-1000 has the best premium economy, economy business and first class

Eh. If you’re gonna recline your seat that far, then you’ve got to be ok with being asked to move. Cost of doing business.

I think the reason it’s expensive is because you are helping them pay off the retrofit coste

I'd say the two best seats would be the forward bulkhead seats if you don't plan on sleeping. And, the last row if you do plan to I'm a retired flight attendant. I'd love to be your go-to person if you need any tips. 18 years with UA.

Only The back rest is reclined while the seat remains stationery. I prefer those seats in shell where the seat moves forward and the back rest recline which gives better stretch for the passenger.

I hate to be that person, but I've always hated Emirates cabin's colour schemes. The cabin sure looks comfortable but I find the golden and polished wood theme super tacky rather than elegant...

I fly A TON through Dubai and London and back and let me tell you, it’s definitely expensive (but the catering is good)!

It's so funny because after the plane was fitted but before formal launch, I travelled from LHR-DXB for £600.. it was amazing! And I got front row too hehe

Different colour but it's same Recaro seats British Airways uses for World Traveller Plus.
