I am father of a young lady doctor. I have seen during her higher study staying alone and performing night duties in a large ward without any security people around.
Female security guard in the night duty is a nightmare.

Any medico who has finished Forensic medicine knows that this was a gang rape. Any constable can make out this was a gang rape. If it was a single perpetrator, he would have been injured during the attack because she was conscious.
So, Kolkatta police have left the following glaring deficits in their reports:
First, claiming that it was suicide when she was naked and there were so many injuries. Constables themselves will know it is NOT a suicide.
Second, college claiming it was suicide when all of them are doctors themselves.
Third, the alleged perpetrator is NOT injured.
Fourth, the alleged perpetrator quietly went to sleep in the police barracks himself, which is usually not possible.
Fifth, the principal's statement has never been taken till now.
Sixth, the victim's colleagues statements have not been taken till now.
Seventh, the principal being rehabilitated at another college.
Eighth, NONE of the senior professors making any statement or getting involved in the matter despite being their own student.
Ninth, the crime scene is being RENOVATED as of now, so that the CBI cannot review the crime scene.
Tenth, there is an attempt on social media to make it look like the victim & the striking doctors are at fault by non-medical journalists, IT & finance professionals with one even claiming that the HOD of medicine in the college is doing the job of residents and doesn't CARE about the strike BUT these same non-medical professionals would have no issue doing the same when it is one of their's.
How much time did it take for general society to come out in protest for NIRBHAYA or any other gangrapes and where are they now?
Journalists like Shiv Aroor of TIMES NOW is playing both sides of the game on X both in this case as well as Vinesh Phogat's case. Another guy called WOLF OF WALL STREET on X thinks the whole thing is much ado about nothing.
AIIMS Delhi has quoted court rulings to stop the doctors strike and no doctor from Corporate set up is involved in the strikes.
Only resident doctors i.e students and private doctors via IMA are protesting.
General public is not, media is vilifying striking doctors and cowardly IT & financial professionals are making jokes out of it.
Wake up, this is NOT the PUNE accident. It is a violent crime on a doctor within the premises of her own department's seminar room while on duty.
And of course, most of the BJP also doesn't care because it is NOT ayurveda. If the same thing happened to a soldier from a terrorist attack, then only it has emotional value and marketing value.
