Visuals From Kolkata Hospital Room Where Trainee Doctor Was Raped, Murdered I India Today News

A 31-year-old post-graduate trainee (PGT) doctor was found dead inside the government-run RG Kar Hospital in Kolkata on August 9. After the incident, India Today TV exclusively gained access to the hospital and the room where the trainee doctor was raped and murdered. A civic volunteer, identified as Sanjay Roy, was arrested the next day in connection with the crime. He was arrested and confessed to his crime before the police. On Tuesday, the Calcutta High Court transferred the case to the CBI.
