My experience says he's going to need a much larger windup to clear that bolt jam.
Or he needs to reach across the top with his left hand and pull up and across real hard.

I love the failure to feed, he just... Doesn't cycle the bolt. It stops a bit and he's like "Yeah sure this is perfectly fine."

I had a beat up old Mosin for about 7 years before I moved, tbh even when it's dirty along as you put some muscle into cycling the bolt you're good. It's a hard action compared to most bolt guns and was designed for Russians by Russians, shits not broke until it explodes lol

You really shouldn’t need to inspect the malfunction on bolt and pump actions since your already manually cycling the action and can pretty easily feel when something is wrong

My experience of owning a mosin is that’s not a malfunction it’s just a added feature during the design I have to do that for every round shot

I wonder what other players feel like when they hear distant gunshot. They lay down, their hearts racing. After a few tense moments they realise the shots are not going for them. They make their way towards the constant gunfire only to find one man firing at nowhere with almost endless bullets just to get his gun to zero durability.

I feel like bolt jams shouldn't have to be inspected, he literally failed to chamber the next round just at the start, It's obvious what needs to be done.

Fun fact:
In the actual manuals issued with the M1 Garand is a manner of getting a stuck bolt unstuck.
-Place butt of rifle on ground
-Point away from yourself and friendlies
-Take boot and kick the shit out of the bolt
-Unload ammo and remedy problem/pick up another rifle 😬

I was fortunate enough to shoot my friend’s mosin and the bolt was very hard to operate the 2nd and 3rd animations were very relatable haha
