He is playing a fan made offline client tarkov call "JET" you can modify everything in the game you can build PPSH41 with 338AP shootting with 2000speed, you can also modify your armor damage to reduction to 0 if you want so AI hit you with no damage, and his pocket he can get as more as he wanted, it also have build in cheats for guys cant really beat offline AIs

Pro tip : click "Searching" instead of the red cross, which also cancels the search so you don't need to switch to the red cross back and forth
