Look at how FAST something can get done when tons of MONEY is at stake. When your local lawmaker or state or federal legislator tells you that something good for your community will take years to get done, it's because they or their rich donors won't make money (or power) from it.

Yeah, amazing how fast people work when they getting paid 4x their normal rate, due to emergency declaration for repair... I'd work hard too, if I got a months wage in 4-5 days of overtime+

Surveillance video showed the driver was going as fast as the traffic on the expressway above. He was pulling a tanker filled with nearly 9000 gallons of gasoline. It was his recklessness that caused the accident.

To all PA residents, have they named the responsible trucking company and its insurance provider? The trucking company (and/or its insurance company) needs to be paying for all this—not the taxpayer.
