I hope you'll answer this.

I'm a fresher with no job experience (only an internship)

How can I put a detailed soft skills like good time management etc etc which I think i acquired from my daily life and studying. It can't fall to the experience column right? Soft skills is mostly what i have bec im a fresh grad...

You would be surprised about the "Spanish" comment when you have a Hispanic name ... I started clarifying that Spanish was a secondary language on my resume as I have come across many recruiters who want me to clarify that English is my first language. I'm like... "Well you found me on LinkedIn with my whole profile in English and my posts are in English... So uh, I think I will pass..." I am not sure why they would care which was primary or secondary, as long as I was fluent in English...
