My Dad was born on this day in 1928. That is why they named him Thomas. He also attended the University of Saint Thomas Aquinas at Santo Domingo, the oldest University in the Americas. Of course, Dad named me Thomas. Happy St. Thomas Day! He is 93.

I passed my Subject on The Critical Thinking and Philosophy of St Thomas Aquinas and this is my basic core that’s why I survived life and I am a happy Catholic.

Thank you Dr Marshall for this terrific read of St Thomas Aquina, a great man, great saint, theologian and mystic on his feast day during Lent. This is a terrific gift from you and may God send you continued blessings.

"His philosophy, like his theology, is that of common sense. He does not torture the brain with desperate attempts to explain existence by explaining it away. The first steps of his mind are the first steps of any honest mind; just as the first virtues of his creed could be those of any honest peasant. For he, who combined so many things, combined also intellectual subtlety and spiritual simplicity; and the priest who attended the deathbed of this Titan of intellectual energy, whose brain had torn up the roots of the world and pierced every star and split every straw in the whole universe of thought and even of scepticism, said that in listening to the dying man’s confession, he fancied suddenly that he was listening to the first confession of a child of five." G.K Chesterton on St. Thomas Aquinas from an uncollected essay that first appeared in The Spectator, Feb. 27, 1932,

Thank you for this book! Last Sunday I dug down on the errors of Rene Descartes and Immanuel Kant. This was perfect timing, and on the traditional feast day of Saint Thomas Aquinas, just awesome! Thanks again.
