How to avoid using Microsoft accounts in Windows 11

On the screen, use Shift-F10 to open a command prompt window.

Type OOBE\BYPASSNRO and hit the Enter-key.
Windows will reboot and return to the "Let's connect you to a network" screen.

Pretty gay that M$ makes it so cryptic to use a local account. It should be an obvious option. So let's say somebody doesn't have a M$ account and this is their first computer they're setting up, they wouldn't be able to even finish set up and use their new computer until they find another device to create a new M$ account. How very totalitarian of them!
