Nocturnal "Marriage proposal": Police arrest Kylie Jenner’s stalker. Kylie Jenner might even be happy about a marriage proposal. Finally, she is expecting her second child, Travis Scott. However, the police are just barely able to prevent an intrusive fan from standing on Jenner’s mat at night to ask for her hand. As the celebrity portal “TMZ” reports, the police in Los Angeles arrested a young man who wanted to propose to the reality TV actress. He even had a bouquet of flowers for Jenner with him. To get to their property, he is said to have climbed over a fence. Then he knocked on the door and asked about the mother-to-be. Not the first intruder. The catch: the stalker was standing on the wrong property and rang the doorbell of Jenner’s neighbors. When they called the police, the 23-year-old declared that he had confessed his love to the mother-to-be and wanted to propose. The officers arrested him shortly after for trespassing. Kim's Guards Intercept Scary Package from Alleged Stalker. An alleged stalker has sent the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kim Kardashian a package that contains a diamond ring and Plan B, an emergency contraceptive to prevent pregnancy. It seems like after filing for divorce with Kanye West, the SKIMS founder would have to take care of this new problem. In the last year, Kim has been through a lot, from Kanye's emotional breakdown to failing baby bar twice. She also appeared on David Letterman's show and detailed her most dramatic scandal, the Paris robbery, and revealed some new information.
