Can you show a full week like this. Because it’s easy to wake up at 5:30 or sleep at midnight when the day before and after there’s no work or school. So how do you manage a full week cycle ?

Only getting 5 and a half hours of sleep sounds rough. Idk if your body is even given enough time to recover not only from the running but weight training as well. That's even assuming u fall asleep the moment it hits 12 lol.
