This video deserves more views for people who prefer to write their own resume. I'm trying to cut down my resume and I especially like the "so what" exercise. It seems like a really detailed way to turn a resume into a trim marketing tool for the Hiring Mgr. I do recommend that you trim your own video of most of the silent and non-essential spots. I almost didn't watch it because of the video length.
