TSLint is a powerful addition to the safety and hygiene TypeScript already brings to coding. In this talk, Alex Burner talks about just what TSLint is, some alternatives, and some powerful companion TS compiler flags. Then he goes through a whole bunch of his favorite TSLint rules for encouraging type safety & strictness, preventing human errors, avoiding bad JavaScript constructs, preferring functional code, and helping preserve code maintainability.
