Great stuff Namanh, my resume was already 90% in line with your recommendations but you raised some interesting points and now I have a few ideas on how I could improve it further.

Thank you for proving a two-column resume works.

From now on, the software development market will be a fierce competition between candidates with master’s degrees, awards, and FAANG companies on their resumes. The rest of us can tweak sections and adjust colors all we want, but unless you’re truly exceptional, your resume is likely to end up in the trash. Let’s face it LOL.

Linkedin is fitting. I feel like through your youtube channel you have taken creating a "face" for your brand to great heights so it fits to work for a software company rooted in that too. Content + software.

I hope its a good time!

I love that the thumbnail said interviews and not jobs, and it says including FANNG and not Only FANNG, because Yes getting the job is important but it relates to your interview with tech people you do and this is the stage that we all want to get to the actually interview stage.. so Thank you

The experience section is perfect but there are few shortcomings in the resume. First of all, this resume won't be shortlisted through ATS because the ATS will require the keywords related to the job like 'AWS', 'Docker', 'Kubernetes' etc depending on the job. So, you've to include all such keywords in your resume, not only the top known.
If you're using single column resume, put skills first then experience then education. Education matters but for fresh grads.

If you're a bit older in tech (like I am), one recommendation is to remove the graduation dates. it can create unintended age bias. You'd probably shuffle the education section lower as well in that scenario. Otherwise, a really solid starting template! Thanks.

This is a nice one, Namanh. Although my resume is somewhat similar, I didn't include the Coursework section from my undergraduate studies. Additionally, I do not include achievements like revenue generation or transactions. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Thaks again. Have a good day

We are laid-back individuals, and you've crafted your resume with a scientific approach, formatting it like a research paper. The person making copies will surely be surprised.

I was seriously trying to understand what I could do to improve my resume after spending several hours over weeks improving it already. I haven’t been getting interviews (~2yoe).

There’s some nuances I realize I missed regarding white space, color, etc.

Going to make said changes and hope for the best. Thanks for giving a guy in the space some hope.
