Hi Francesco what features would you say Apple’s Reminders app now lacks compared to a Things 3. Not including the calendar integration of course.

Just discovered a nice feature on Things 3 for the Mac desktop. If you have a long list of tasks and want to paste a new task into that list, you can choose exactly where it enters that list. Just select the task that you want to appear above your new task and then click the paste shortcut. The new task will automatically appears below the selected task. Nice.

Francesco, could you make a video comparison between tasks 3 and the newest reminders?

I kind of don't get the difference between "anytime" and "someday" in terms how I would use the categories differently

Hi Francesco, good Video! I use Things in the Mac and iPad version since several months, and it‘s the most adequate ToDo-App for me.
I particularly love the implementation of Apple‘s Calendar and Events.
I would love if you dive a little bit more in special functions like Things URL in a future video.
Keep on the good work, love your channel!

Hello, can I assign a time to each task (instead of just a date) and link it to Calendar? Thanks!

Very good review Francesco. I’ve gotten issues with recurrent reminders though. I set them for the evening and they reappear the next day but not in the evening (mine are”Read” and “Bed time”)

If you have this app on the mac, iPhone and iPad does this push the info to all of the devices connected? SO if I set up reminders on my mac would it be pushed to the phone etc

In the App Store it says that you have natural language reminders or todoist type. I've been with her for a year and I don't know how to use that option. Might you help me?

Hi Francesco Is there a way to write down stuffs you've already done, and also indicate the date it was done?
For example today is June the 5th 2020 and I wanna write down something I did on the 1st of June 2020, how can I write what I want and get the calendar to display June 1, 2020 ? Am asking because I tried selecting the date I wanted, but the app keeps showing me the information was written today. It didn't display the date I selected. How do I handle this ?

Good video. I’m very close to moving to this from 2Do. I’m getting the feeling that I’m making too many clicks to get tasks into 2Do
