AKG C411 Instrument Microphone (Performance Test)

AKG C411L performance test.
Performance test with recording at 24-bit / 96-kHz single track capture, using NI Komplete Audio 6 for recording it. Bounced without plugins in Logic Pro X. Overall, the performance is quite good for live performances. Frequency coverage recorded at a fairly natural level. For recordings it might add another microphone to get a wider frequency capture.

You show the C411L which comes with a 5 ft cable and a Mini XLR connector. Yet in the video I see a standard XLR plugged into the preamp. What is in between the Mini XLR and the standard XLR and are you using 48 volt phantom power on the C411L?

it picks up alot of string noise semi polished string would work but i think the mic would pick up other noises on the neck. better with a mic not on the guitar body
