How does @Kingdac train for his world record vertical jump?

🎥 He and I collabed on a full video breaking down his training techniques.

I don't see a lot of people taking advantage of all these vertical jump training techniques🐇

He didn't even train in the half squat range, only a quarter which makes sense since he could move so much weights and it fits with his penultimate step because he doesn't even come close to the 90 degree angle.

My brother in christ, you say low intensity plyometrics, yet show footage of him doing depth jumps?? By definition THE most intensive plyometric you can do. If any beginners are seeing this video, and going to perform depth jumps it is a huge mistake. Please stop doling out advice when you clearly do not have the faculties to explain what youre prescribing. This is borderline dangerous man.

If anythin, single leg squats are killing your achilles. It will create tension and microtears, and at some point: POP.

This is mostly down to genetics. Short muscles with long tendons will give you more springy leg drive. You never see sprinters with long muscle belly and you never see impressively mobile individuals winning strength competitions. Find your advantages and make the most if what you have got.
