The actual usage of power of attorney is to give lawyers right by client to do transactions in favour of principle and act as an agent. I believe not to bypass sale deed requirement but in this country the law works in reverse.

Question: Ham Nay Ak, Shop Rent out ki hoi hai tu, Yah Trade license, Tax, (DMC) Layna ki Responsibility kis ki hai (Tenant) ki jo General Store run ker raha hai Yah Owner ki, jo Shop ka Rent lay raha hai ? DMC East walay Owner say Pasay ki Demand ker Rahay hai, jab kay ham nay tu sirf Shop Rent out ki hoi hai, Business tu Tenant ker raha hai ???
