From what i'm getting is this:
"Vergo Hogwood" and "William" are from an Alternate Universe on where Gasoline and Oil has ran out across the world. Copper, Iron, Tin, and Gasoline are the Four most important things in this Universe. The grass on Earth is all burned leaving nothing but ashes and darkness. Rivers and oceans are turned into trash lands with there being still very little of water. The steampunks created flying vessels known as Moth Wings seeing as they represented and looked like a Moth which appeared to be made out of Copper and Iron with two Massive Towers and Four smaller Fuel tanks below the towers as well as having the controls of the Moth Wing be inside the train attached to it. Cars or any other vehicles that are on the ground weren't invented besides things called crawlers which were used by steampunkers who lived in America which most likely had massive wheels which stabbed into the ground. The two were on a regular scouting mission until they were warped into this reality. If they didn't find tin, the Queen (Which in this reality appears to still have Kings and Queens) would cut both their throats and hang their heads.
The continent most steampunkers live on is "Andrea" in the Country of "Trimania" in the state known as "Great Gasburg" with the Capital City of "Gas Well" as well as there being a small area called "Gearsworth." There is another city called "Tyrus" which is most likely as big as the Los Santos City. Another thing is the "Tyfector" which is most likely a larger ship that holds the smaller Moth Wings. There is another place called "Springsburg." Gasburg was the last place to ever have gasoline. Another place was "Old Ratchatia" where there used to be fields of grass before it was all destroyed. "Old Pangea" was named after Pangea, (when Earth's Continents were all together in one) and was a vast land of Oil Fields. "Old Pangea" use to also have fields of grass before there was a nuclear war known as the "Spring Rocket War." Another War was the "Great War" as they call it when people throughout the world divided and fought over petroleum which caused the world to fall apart. Instead of having bullets, they have futuristic laser weapons such as the Blaster Vergo says is the upgraded version and the Mining Beam. Similar as us, they also have scanners except it scans if its made up of tin or copper.
After the war that took centuries to come to an end, the world was different. Plans were drawn out but couldn't continue and were put in a place called "The Great Museum." Several Centuries pass to the year of 4020 where we meet our main characters. They go back in time to 2020 however in a different universe (Our Universe) where there is still grass, oil, and things such as technology and vehicles that evolved differently. The war stopped 700 years ago back in 3320 which in our timeline is 1504 however in they're timeline is 3320. It appears we have both different timelines for if it was the same, it wouldn't be possible because in 1504 there were still horses around. At the very end of the video it also says that after the war the people lost track of time so its actually several years in the future so this is most likely accurate. That's all I picked up all wrapped up in this massive paragraph and I hope I got most of it right. Hope y'all enjoy :)

Act like pennywise under the city train tunnel “construction area” and call 911 for missing teens inside there, with one teen that escaped. He tells the police what happened, which may cause them to call back up. As they walk further they start to see the dead teens. As you start to creep them out with the whispers and the echoing laughter, the police start to drop one by one.
