Hmm🤔, seems like a step was skipped. On 4:08 the stick was installed then on 4:20 the steering wheel is being installed. Why was the steering wheel removed?

I have 2012 Rav4 2.4L base model, it doesn't come with cruise control, so I'm asking if the car comes pre-wired, mean i have to install only the cruise control lever, or it need to do all the wiring... ?

There are retaining gromets that keep the T30 bolt from being easily released from my steering column. It would be nice if this video covered such.
