Nice video. Very well explained.

INDIRECT is one of the least understood, yet the most powerful function, that I use extensively in my engineering calculations. In Lotus 1-2-3 era (early 90s) it was @@ function which took plenty of my time to wrap my head around it, until Excel came up with more rational name of that function. If anybody has worked in C / C++ language, he / she will quickly realize that, it is similar to a pointer.

Just to add, intermediate column E can be eliminated, if we use formula D5&"h" in the MATCH function directly.
