I live in Canada. Most of our stores offer "sales" weeks in advance for items nearing the expiry date to get rid of overstocked items to maximize profits for themselves so our selection is very limited and not as plentiful. Only a few stores offer daily deals and it is usually pretty far and by the time we get there, there is a good chance the item will have been cleared out by the time people get there because we have apps and facebook groups to let each other know of any deals, so it's usually a free for all, dash and grab type of event- early bird gets the worm kind of deals. And also, our stores do not have loyalty discounts at the till like so many of the stores Americans have so it add to the discount with coupons after purchase, just weekly and daily sales. You Americans are very lucky. You would be so shocked if you ever came shopping here in Canada. Food is expensive here and yet, we are right next door to each other, well pretty much just geographically above you. Compared to your prices, our prices are crazy.

Great haul! Wish we had more clearance items. Our Fry's/Kroger is so busy they rarely have much clearance - it is usually bought before it gets old.

I shop monthly it's one reason I'm watching this video I'm smacking my lips looking at the yummy food lol. I do my shopping in two days. My sister and her husband are upper middle classed and I have went grocery shopping with them when they went on their weekly shopping at Costco and when they got to the checkout it come to over four hundred dollars I was there in disbelief with my mouth open but they acted like it was no big deal and they shopped once a week. I don't spend that much money when I go once a month.

I love our Kroger Woo Hoo finds and clearance finds also. Our Krogers also have a new Mega event starting tomorrow 5/30. They always have awesome Stock up deals.

Friend, your “Kroger” store rocks on clearance. I’ve gotten a good deal here or there at my Kroger affiliate store, but never anything even remotely like this. Your store seems to mark down their items more than my Kroger. Awesome deals!!!!

Some amazing deals I've never seen those potatoes before. That looks like an interesting Meal option that if you do like it you could easily replicate it with spices at home. I love looking for the clearance and markdown stickers as my last grocery haul I got 24 lb of meat for 50 dollars

Oh, I do know that the hot prepared food (chicken, corn dogs, burritos, jo jo's, etc. ) goes 1/2 off at 8pm. We buy chicken during summer sometimes for cold chicken picnics.

Love your Clarence hauls. I Did some shopping today and for my area $46 for milk some dinner meal planning for the week and fresh produce vegetables, fruits and kids snacks what’s a great deal for me.

Amazing $40.00 haul! I'm shocked too! I don't believe we have any Kroeger affiliate stores in my area. We have Stater Bros and Albertsons that I aisle surf for sales. Staters have the BEST meats. Until next time...
