Ok now, this makes sense if he uses the bullets made by Urbanshade.
For anyone who doesn’t know, Urbanshade bullets are basically AP bullets since they have a thin layer of acid coated on them, and the acid is created from the Vaula void mass, which according to the Vacula’s file, made a 9mm (or ss - Small Stud) bullet pierce 38 mm of iron (I forgot the material).
So yeah, if he’s using Urbanshade weapons then it’s likely he’s using those special bullets and it’s likely that it pierced the wall and hit your sorry ass
Also Urbanshade canonically sells those bullets
