My March 2025 Reading Wrap Up

Показать описание
In this video I share all the books I read during March. This is a long video so grab a cuppa, snack and some craft and join me as I share my thoughts on them. March was a great month as I read 18 books. Many of the books ended up having some similar themes and I also took part in the Irish readathon for a fourth year. While this is a crafting channel I want to also share what I have been reading each month. While I know these videos won't be to everyone's taste I hope that there are some of you, also readers, who will enjoy my monthly reading wrap ups. All books will be linked below and don't forget to tell me your favourite book that you read in March.

I will be getting a few of these books to read this next month. I really like these videos!! ☘️ I will need to look at your past book review videos for more book suggestions.

Use the book cover of Evocation for a junk journal and make it more supernatural for a secret society…. The cover is gorgeous!

🍀Thank you for sharing these 😊 Once more there are new titles/authors that I want to explore. The Morrigan, Wolf-Men & Water Hounds, are books really want to read. Irish folktales and folktales always generally appeal to me.
I really appreciate the insights into other authors, even if I am not likely to read some of them at the moment. It helps to have an understanding of the success of a book etc. The Paul Lynch book sounds amazing, but I am unlikely to pick it up just now, so I am really glad I have your review of it should I come across it in future 😊

I just ordered ‘Don’t Touch My Hair’ for several reasons. 1)my hair is very red and very long. All my life strangers have thought they had the right to handle my head and hair without even asking and the few times I’ve gone to salons, they never listened to what I wanted done until I finally learned to style it myself(with lots of help from YT) 2)I have AA and mixed heritage grandchildren and have watched them care for their skin and hair. It is a thing. I plan to pass this along to one of my granddaughters and ask her, after she reads it, to pass it on to my 16 year old great-grandson. I love the detail of your review. I think this will be a really educational read for all of us. Thank you for this.

Thanks for the book reviews. I added a couple to my list. I’m going to get Don’t Touch My Hair next. I just started reading The Nightingale. Thank too for mentioning the Resident series you watched with your son. I started watching it today.

The hair one sounds interesting. I love the idea that there were secrets in there. I will have to see if I can find an audiobook somewhere. 💜💜

I thought I had read ‘The Morrigan’ until I looked up the publication date. I know I read a similar book as she has always been one of my favorite Gaelic goddesses.
