That's what my thighs looked like when I trained cali. Now I actually train my legs properly and not just doing pistol squats for sets of 50 or whatever and now my thighs are 27 inch and not 21

great job bro. but this doesnt change a fact. there are so many cali guys with chicken legs. doing some hybrid work may be useful. like training legs with big compounds(squat, deadlift) in gym and other muscles in calisthenics movements.
