When I speak alone or to myself I never get the stuttering. It only knocks off when I have the intention to talk to someone, even in recording short audio messages. I'm using tricks to cover it like for instance when I want to say "Possible" I need to inhale first then add a silent "it" behind it to become (it)Possible. It works for me 90% of the times.

I think I have a problem with T, P, K, G+a, u, and bilabials, mainly stops and bilabials. I don't know what to do sometimes when I get stuck, it feels horrible and very humiliating. I hope one day they find a cure to this. And I hope that all people who suffer from this get better.

I think my tips/advices for stammering :
Being calm, the reason why you don’t stammer or stutter when you speaking to your self is because you are relaxed and your heart rate is not beating out of your chest, so when you are about to speak to someone take a huge breath then try bring out the slowly and fast at the same time.
My other advices is that every person who has stammer there always a letter they can’t pronounce like C, K, Ah, P and other try find comfortable alternatives letter like ALL its very easy to pronounce it
My other advice is to inform teacher and close friends that who trust about your stammering and tell them can you please be patient while I am trying to speak or finish a sentences or don’t pick on you during lesson unless you want to also when you talk to someone unexpectedly you don’t really stammer as much so I really hope this advices helps if not do abit of research on your own try figure out what’s your weakness or be confident about and don’t care about what people think 😅😅

I normally stutter easily 2-3 times worse than this guy and I work in a heavy speaking profession—presentations, negotiations, discussions, reading portions of documents out loud. It was 10 times worse as a kid, I couldn’t even say my own name without stuttering. Where there’s a will (and lots of speech therapy) there’s a way!
