Joe Biden: first President with a stammer - BBC News

When Joe Biden becomes President next week he will be the first to attain the highest US office after overcoming a stammer.

It's a condition that's believed to affect around 3% of the world's population.

Huw Edwards presents BBC News at Ten reporting by Felicity Baker, who has personal experience of dealing with a stammer and the challenges that involves.
