Let’s break this down… because why not 😂 I coach, so I kind of understand some of this.

Scatter to West Right Tight:
-This is the formation. The word “scatter” is likely used to shift the formation. My team uses the word “shake” to do pre snap shifts. “West Right Tight” is likely the side of the formation the tight end is lining up on. “East” would be left and “West” would be right. The word “tight” is indicating that the formation is bunched up, or “tight.”

F Left:
-This is likely motioning the F to the left after the pre snap shift. My team uses “Fly” to motion the F and “Zap” to motion the Z.

372:
-I believe this is the protection call. I coach kids, so we’re not quite advanced enough to call protections. So I couldn’t tell you what this means.

Y Stick Z Spot:
-These are the routes for the tight end (Y) and the slot receiver (Z)

I’m not 100% sure on all of this… but I think it’s pretty close lol.
