I'd say get it fixed and running, then paint it with the type R stuff and then just see how you feel with the car. If you love it, K24 swap it. If you dont love it, sell it.

I love my EP3 it’s been a dead reliable track car. I had so much fun building it last winter and I did not skimp on parts. I picked up a clean title K24 swapped blue one for $5200 last summer and I can’t wait to boost it now that suspension, brake and handling mods are pretty much complete. I’ve got a set of BC ER coilovers, the entire Whiteline and Ktuned suspension and bushing catalogue and SIX piston Wilwood front brakes w/ 2pc rotors
