Hello and sorry for asking question. When i put this command "sudo sublime config" it gives me error "sudo: sublime: command not found" can you please help me with that. Would really appreciate it

sorry for the noob question but where is that id_rsa file coming from? Do we generate it or it is there by default? If not how to generate it?
and same question for the user deploy.
Is the deploy user created by us or is it a default user for ec2 instance?
