When I tap the photo and it highlights, the only two options that pop up are copy and share, no " add sticker." : ( I recently updated my phone but was there another update very recently that would make a difference?

Add live stickers to messages, tap the conversation then press add like plus sign +, then press the down arrow and go, tap stickers, stickers must be to add something to create a live stickers
