I wish your books would be translated into Danish - my mother-tongue! Not that I can't read English, but I just wish this information would be spread wider here in Denmark.

I never liked the term Apologetics. The phrase I use is “case building”.

You also have to make sure that whatever answers you give to people in order to make them followers of Christ, are clear and verifiable. If they "check your work" and come up "empty", they most likely will not come back and ask you to clarify things. They just simply will be "lost" again.

SEE HOW THE MEANING OF THE BIBLE BRINGS MORE REVEALATION WHEN YOU DEFINE NEW TESTAMENT TERMS IN HEBREW INSTEAD OF GREEK!

The first thing you should say, if someone ask you about the hope that is in you is this.
Colossians 1:27 KJVS
To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:

The glory is to receive a glorified body and meet the Lord in the air. And if there an interested in that, give them your blessing and walk away.

You make a human analogy about rolling the stone away. Then use it repeatedly to expand upon what was written from the New Testament verse that you cited earlier.

1 Peter 3:15 KJVS
But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:

All of a sudden you’re turning things around to some type of confrontational debate where, the viewer would do well to buy your book so they can answer people’s arguments. Situation that they would not encounter if they would follow this advice given to them by apostle Peter.

1 Peter 4:15 KJVS
But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men's matters.

If you walk in the fruit of the Spirit, one of which is meekness, and be careful not to be a busybody in other men’s matters. You would have no use for your book of snappy comebacks. Most people are not called, and even then few are chosen. And not everyone is called to be an evangelist.

Ephesians 4:10-12 KJ21
He that descended is the same who also ascended up far above all heavens, that He might fill all things.) [11] And He gave some to be apostles, and some prophets, and some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, [12] for the perfecting of the saints for the work of the ministry, and for the edifying of the body of Christ,

Not related, but a question about faith.

Is there any scientific evidence for purity (no sex before marriage.), like if it has any benefits?
I’ve seen mixed takes on it and wanted to see what is and isn’t true.

If you want to get someone to believe in God, mention there is a reason the Bible is so popular, and will outlast us. It documents big crowds hearing God speak, at least twice, by 2 different writers, which is huge. Then tell them what God said those times.
I was on the fence, it converted me.

Greetings Mr. Ham.
Thank you for your solid stand on Biblical Creation.
I also have studied Apologetics. I asked someone to name a mistake in the Bible and he said that rabbits don't chew the cud.
But I learned by studying Apologetics that rabbits have 2 types of pellets they excrete. One is feces and the other is food for them to eat!
So, rabbits DO CHEW THE CUD!
I am concerned about the Angel View of Genesis 6 and I wonder what your stance is on it. Did Angels procreate with human females before the FLOOD? Who are the "sons of God"?
The Fundamentalists will not acknowledge what seems obvious.
May the Lord bless thee and keep thee along with your Ministry and family, in Jesus' Holy name.

Jesus never engaged in apologetics, nor did His Disciples.

1 Peter 3 was about living out the Gospel, even if it meant being persecuted, and being ready to explain why we are willing to be persecuted or die for our faith. It had nothing to do with “proving” or “defending” anything and everything to do with sharing it.

God’s Word is the only authority so it does not logically track that it even needs to be defended by mere men. What it does need is to be shared and we need to be prepared to explain WHY it needs to be shared.

In Acts 17:18-33 Paul was called on by philosophers to defend the faith. His answer was to acknowledge God as the all powerful Creator and explain why God created us which dovetailed right into the purpose of the Gospel and why it should be shared. It should be noted that when he finished sharing the Gospel, he left the Council rather than stay and debate with unbelievers. Those who accepted his message believed, those who rejected his message sneered at him but there was no debate or need for apologetics.

Apologetics is a man made construct that says that men need to “convince” someone of the Truth rather than simply sharing it. It is essentially the denial of God’s sovereignty.

& when in doubt, turn to the first 1, 000 years of The Church, from The Apostles to those who learned at their feet all the way down the line of those whom The Apostles laid their hands and breathed upon. All the answers are there.
