The pen isn’t changing colour, the paper is coloured with rainbow colours and there’s black paint over it, the pen is just a stick that doesn’t even write, the pen is scratching the black paint of the paper so we can see the rainbow underneath it

They use a stick to scratch off the black layer.

I actually used to make these on my own as a kid you can use colored pencils to draw whatever colors you want and then use a black crayon and cover the whole paper then use something to scrape the crayon off and it will show the colored pencils underneath

No ink used. It's scraping the black paint off the paper to reveal the rainbow colors underneath. MANY Elementary Schools' Arts and Crafts time included teaching kids how to do this.

It's colors under the blackness so when you scratch it the colors come up for you to see

It actually just scratches off the black stuff on top to reveal the rainbow underneath

The colors are on the paper thing. And then there's this black coat above the color. You use a wood or plastic stick to remove the black coat. That's how you paint.
