Want to Pass the AP Statistics Exam? Know the NORMAL Distribution

If you can solve problems based on the normal distribution then you will have a great chance at passing the AP Statistics exam. In this video I go through a few simple problems involving normal calculations. If you know how to solve them it will come in handy on the exam.

For the normalcdf function, can you instead of using (say the second example you showed) the 2 z-scores of the 5.5 and 7.5, and keeping mean and standard deviation as 0 and 1, could you just use the 5.5 and 7.5 themselves as bounds, while putting the given mean and standard deviations in the function? If so, how would I note this on an FRQ to show satisfactory processes?

4:50 you mentioned that we dont need to write normCdf on the frq
but what if i were to do normCdf(lower=8, upper=9999, mean=6.8, sd=0.7)=0.044?
Is it okay if I dont show my z score (and just hit everything in the calculator) and just write 4.4%?

how many decimals should you include in your answers? like is there a rule or should it be at least x amount of decimal places

Do you have to show your work for checking conditions if any of the sampling distribution questions were on an frq ?

honestly, very well made and helpful, but you are overcomplicating the values you put into the calculator, please look into that, you don't have to find the z scores you can just put the values in as is

14.05 you find the value 0.00122 and say it right. But then you wrote it as .0122
