I did the same put shimenawa set on hutao until strongbox and then dumped all the trash artifacts to get good crimson set for her and now she is busted although shimenawa set is amazing on her though i imagine u do need c1 sorta for that to pull of the CA consistently which u wont be able to if u dont have the C1 but either way farming fate/shime domain is way more resin efficient then the crimson/lava one....

I tried running my hu tao with shiminawa but she was doing more dmg with crimson witch.

Shimenawa hu tao works properly when you unlocked her first constellation, but with c0, the charge attack is just painful, so I always use crimson for her.

Showcases like these are always hard since a lot of the damage isn't coming from just your Hu Tao and has a lot of help from the c6 Yelan, c6 Kazuha and Monas burst.
