The middle mouse button is that missing axis you reference. It's not very sensitive, so you have to wheel a lot, and if you have a button that restricts the roll mechanic of the wheel, click it off.

Also, you don't have to alt-tab to press F1, you can just press F1 ingame.

Solution If button 'A" not working:
Instead of selecting V_JoyDevice, select V_XboxGamepad in the "profile" section
Controller API: XInput
You may also wanna choose "Use vXBox Device" in the 'General' tab in the Mouse2Joystick settings

i gotta say these tutorials are all over the place. i did everything but when i click on profile in cemu it doesnt show anything there. and if i write it there it doesnt show any buttons.

to make it work, mouse2JoyStick has to be started in Admin Mode.
