Most pain that occurs in the neck and back region is referred pain affecting the fascia that surrounds the muscles. Over-utilization and excessive stress of these muscles from poor posture is the primary cause. Most disc herniations usually refer pain to different fascia/muscles in the body.

Kindly ...I suffered from neck pain and shooting pain character radiating to my shoulder .MRI was done reavealed hernisted disc C4 &C5.After 4 months another MRI was done as a preoperative measures for insurance issues. Surprisingly..no more disc can be seen, but pain is still agonizing.
Physiotherapist said that it may be severe spasm during MRI procedure causing the disc to be (sucked) and not to be seen during imaging.operation was cancelled.my pain is still there .in left side of neck with muscle spasm and there is always a big not at nape of neck .when I press it I feel pai in shoulder.plz I need your opinion. Thanks in advance.

Hello,
My name is Alex, I have something like a pinched nerve in the forearm and I don't really know what it is ! It make like an electro-choc everytime I pull myself (pull-ups) or something heavy ! Do you think it can be from my posture ? I also have a little tendonitis in my shoulder that's what my doc told me so for the forearm pinched nerve he don't know anything ! Do you have any tips to give me ? Thanks you !
