If the logic is based on who is frustrating in low elo... fizz very strongly comes to mind; leblanc, shaco, and rengar come to mind... when people smurf with friends in lower elo they run these characters and there is absolutely nothing more frustrating to play into.

It doesnt even matter if Kayn is broken or not its the design of a power farm jungler who doesnt have to use walls, doesnt want to perma farm early, and gets 3k free gold of stats from his form.

I've found that comment to be so BS. I don't think a weapon is intentionally weaker than 'they should be' if they still end up having a positive winrate. All of these Zed mains crying about how they're underpowered while still remaining a more than viable pick in all ranks? Get the fuck outta here.
